My Purposeful Road
to Coaching
My transition to coaching followed years as a social worker dealing with domestic violence and intergenerational trauma. I saw how survival patterns and old scripts keep people from their potential.
My clinical background as a social worker is the cornerstone of my vision. I specialize in supporting families, individuals and children heal from traumatic events, navigating intergenerational trauma. My mission is to help you identify the old scripts that hold you back, ensuring a future defined by growth.
Together, we will gently unpack old scripts, honoring the protection they once provided. By cultivating self-compassion, we’ll build new, healthy patterns that empower your journey to thrive.
"I didn't become a life coach to fix people. I became a coach to remind people of their own strength and to offer them a safe space to find their way back to themselves".
